Torrents failing to start downloading

 · Try with a brand new (empty) settings file: 1) Exit uTorrent. Open uTorrent's data folder and move both bltadwin.ru bltadwin.ru to another location/folder (you can then move them back if things don't improve). 2) Create a text file and name it bltadwin.ru in .  · Some VPN will let you download torrent files for utorrent but will not permit their VPN to be torrenting files. And then there is this other thing, Tixati won't start downloading these "locked" torrents, as it mentions "failing to connect to proxy". I had to uncheck all items under "Conditions" in "Transfer loading priority/location prompt." Fix 7: Find a better Torrent file. If all of these fail to solve your problem, then the problem might be your torrent file – dead torrent (no Seeds). Because uTorrent downloading is based on Peers to Peers connection (downloading files from other computers), the seeds decrease and the Torrent file becomes dead and impossible to download.
